We use Australia Post as our carrier and the utmost care is taken by us to pack the items in a safe and discrete manner.

All orders will be sent FREE the same day or 1 to 2 business days after funds have cleared.

In the event of a bulk order in regards to the purchase of Sterile (Depyrogenated) Vials, please contact us prior to your order so we can advise you on an estimated time that your order will be sent. Vials Direct carries a large inventory of Sterile Vials ready to go but may require a small amount of time to order, receive and very carefully pack bulk orders depending on the customers preference of Vials, Lids and Stopper type.

The lead time for a bulk order of Sterile Vials is up to 2-5 business days depending on the quantity, vial type and on hand stock levels. We class 300 or more 10ml Sterile Vials as a bulk order. We class 200 or more 20ml vials as a bulk order. We class 60 or more of 30,50,100ml vials as a bulk order. Vials Direct will endeavour to organise and send your order out as soon as possible.

Express Post

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business and private addresses and PO boxes. If you live outside this network it will not be covered by next day guarantee.
