Microcrystalline Cellulose is used as a texturiser an anti caking agent an emulsifier, a fat substitute an extender and bulking agent in food products.

It can be used to bulk up powders for tablet compression or to increase powder volume for tablets and capsules.

Used in combination with Magnesium Stearate to improve flow in tablet and capsule filling machines.
